The VWcms print facility provides three levels.

$$PRINT$$		print the current section (page)
$$PRINT$+$$		print the current and any subordinate section (a chapter, of sorts)
$$PRINT$*$$		print the entire site (preceded by a TOC/site-map)

As can be seen in the Vdub documentation each of these can be associated with an icon.  See Icons for further information.

Prefixing the level indicator with an underscore ($$PRINT$_*$$) suppresses the print dialog.
