Some things just cannot be accomplished without a pragmatic kludge!

The $$PRAGMA$$ directive allows these to be enabled.

$$PRAGMA$MSIE_INCLUDE_PERCENT$<integer>$$

MSIE appears incapable of correctly setting the width of $$INCLUDE$$ and $$INSERT$$ directives (perhaps it's just me).  This pragma sets the percentage of total page width that these inclusions should occupy.  For the site template used by Vdub this is 80%.  You can see it used in the site template.
